Against DeMarco, it was the first time in his career that he realized he can't do this. He fights wild because he wants to put on a show. I heard the story from his own mouth how he dominated Oscar. I saw Valero toy with Morales and Barrera. I put a nice chunk of money on him, ignoring everyone who claimed DeMarco could outbox him. guess i should log off for about 2 months i can see that all the threads will be Valero V What's wrong with people jumping on the Valero bandwagon? Only problem I have is some of the guys with Valero sigs who were insulting him just a week ago. Shows how fickle the posters on this forum are, yesterday nobody knew valero existed, now every gloryhunting muppet has his pic in their sig/dp. Not totaly sold on edwin but almost there.įelt demarco and his corner throwing in the towel was a smart move.ĭemarco was so far behind on cards a ko was the only way and tony didnt have it in him to do so without eating more knuckle sandwiches. he's finaly stepping it up and fighting top tier. Man this guy showed he can think in the ring. If he does get a KO, I will bet the over rounds, because I think Valero "the boxer" has just matured a lot.acculades to valero. ![]() I think we're going to see a very slick Valero dominate his next opponent from round 1. I was thinking about this and feel his 100% KO ratio is coming at an end after his next fight. If he does get a KO, I will bet the over rounds, because I think Valero "the boxer" has just matured a lot. ![]() It was impressive to see how humble Valero was and how he's improving and changing his style during fights. In short, the lesson he learned was to be more like Floyd using movement and rolling punches, etc. I thought it was very cool to see that! After the fight Valero said, "I learned a lesson in this fight, I can't just come forward and throw, I must pace myself". ![]() It seems Valero changed his mind about Floyd's style after seeing him dominate Marquez so easily, the man who the majority thought out-boxed Pacquiao x2, because during the Valero vs DeMarco fight we saw Valero doing his best Floyd impression at times. In that same Interview, somehow Mayweather's name was mentioned and Valero said (while imitating the shoulder roll), "I don't like that, I like to fight" (while making a fist). He said Oscar was not even training and that he (Valero) was beating up Oscar so bad in sparring, he was laughing, and said he was thrown out of camp for giving Oscar a beating. A while back before the Pacquiao vs De La Hoya fight, Valero was interviewed about who he thinks will win.
